Do you have planned events or activities?
We do not have planned events or activities. However, at the heart of Chinatown, you are close to numerous tours and attractions. Feel free to approach our hostel staffs for great advise and information.

Hi, I noticed in your fine print that you must be an essential worker/ permitted traveler, as well as a negative covid test to stay at Royal Lodge. Is this still the case (for October 2022)? Thanks
hi there, thank you for your enquiry. As of October 2022, Singapore Law has stated that you are require to have a vaccination upon arrival to Singapore. As for Hostel, we are back to welcome traveler without any restriction.
Do you offer luggage storage?
We allow guest to deposit their luggage at our hostel if they arrive early before the check-in timing. Due to safety and security concerns, we presently do not offer luggage storage for non-staying guest.
Do I need a lock for the lockers?
Yes, you would require your own lock for the lockers.
Is it quiet at night?
Yes. We urge our guest to keep their voice volume low from 11:00pm till the next day morning 07:00am. For beds beside the windows facing the Chinatown pedestrian streets, noise levels are generally reduced with the windows closed.

Yes, our lower bed do have a curtain but not the upper beds.
